A busy salad for lunch

dried cranberries
almonds (warmed in the toaster oven)
goat cheese
chicken breast
TJ's sesame soy ginger vinaigrette
On the side:
whole wheat pita
hummus
All told: 635 calories (47:24:29 carb/prot/fat). It's a recovery day, so this was slightly lower carb than usual. The salad was good, but I feel like eating a loaf of bread right now.
