We have a very reliable taco truck near the office. Today they made me a burrito so spicy I could not it eat.

I repeat, I could not eat it.

The usual routine at this taco truck is, they make everything mild unless you ask for it spicy. But if you ask for it 'spicy', the guy in the truck goes, 'you want it really spicy, right?' And I always reply, 'no, just medium spicy.' And then usually they make it gringo spicy, i.e. not at all. Whatever, the burritos are good.

But today, in response to 'you want it really spicy, right?' I absentmindedly replied, 'yup.'

My afternoon was ruined.

assumptions:
trader joe's frozen chicken chile verde burrito
sour cream
shredded cheese

method:
1. take burrito out of freezer and wrap in paper towel
2. cook in microwave for ~45 seconds
3. flip
4. cook in microwave for ~45 seconds
5. carefully ice top of burrito with sour cream
6. carefully sprinkle shredded cheese on top
7. put in toaster oven for 'long' toast cycle
