Most days I make myself a turkey sandwich for lunch. Lately I've been adding little enhancements to keep it from getting boring. Here's what it looks like today-
whole wheat pita
turkey
havarti cheese
spicy hummus
cucumbers
cream cheese
cherry tomatoes
spouts
It is awesome!
